what should i expect when attending?
We are so excited to have you join us for a Sunday service. Below you will find frequently asked questions and our answers to help prepare you for your visit.
when does service begin?
Our Sunday worship experience begins at 10:00am. We encourage guests to arrive 10-15 minutes for service begins to find parking, visit our kids ministry, grab a coffee and donut, and meet some of our church family.
where can i park?
When you arrive, we have multiple areas where you can park your vehicle. We have a parking lot at the front of the building and a parking lot at the back side of the building. Feel free to use either parking lot or just park along the side of the street surrounding our block. Our address is 1600 N Gillis Street, Fort Stockton, TX.
do you have a program for my kids?
Yes! We love when you bring your kids. We do offer a worship experience for your children (5th grade and under) during our 10:00am service. When you arrive, one of our team members will escort you to our KidzSide location and help you check-in for your first time visit. Your kids will engage in worship, a Bible lesson, arts & crafts, and sometimes even help lead worship in the main auditorium during our main worship experience.
what should i wear?
Our guests are most comfortable wearing “casual to business casual." Ultimately, we want you to visit in whatever feels comfortable for you. We are a multi-ethnic and multi-generational church that has a wide range of attires on a Sunday morning.
what is a sunday service like?
You can expect services to last about 60 minutes. Service starts with 10 minutes of contemporary-style worship led by our Northside Worship team. Then you will hear an expository 30-45 minute message from one of our teaching pastors.
how do you engage with first time guests?
Our desire is to help you and your family feel like you’re at home. Upon arrival you can expect to be greeted by a door holder with a friendly smile, hand shake, and maybe even a hug! You will meet our lead pastor and his wife upon entry into our auditorium so that we can get a chance to connect with you immediately. You will also be encouraged to fill out a connection card in our service if you would like for our pastor to connect with you during the week!
